  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original packaging.

  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
